my room had an immaculate decor and included thoughtful extras. the little extras were good and met my expectations.
i noticed a lack of communication regarding our arrival time. i find that not restocking tea and milk and not changing towels created inconvenience. the reception at check out lacked a personal touch.

on street parking presented no hassles in finding a space, which i really liked. a map provided helped in navigating the area, so that i can explore nearby.

The room was decorated to a VERY high standard. I especially liked the comfortable bed. The hotel provided bath robes and slippers, this was a nice touch. The location was quiet. tea and coffee facilities were AVAILABLE.
The shower tray WAS slippery. It needed a non-slip mat!
